and we're back in the {blog} game!

After a long hiatus from the blogging efforts, I have been wanting to reach out and start this portion of my work up again! So, rather than over analyzing it any more, stressing over the details and how it will look (really, it's just a blog, right), I'll save that energy for bigger projects - I am just going to get to it and then get back out there and capture more wonderful moments in your lives! So here we go!

Last night, I worked with a wonderful company with whom kmbDetails has been contracted as a wedding photographer (fantastic gig): mike staff productions - we shot an awesome couple on a beautiful day! the details were spectacular and their love and friendship filled the day. I was assigned to the groom, Shane - he, along with his groomsmen, were awesome. The day felt so relaxed and their ceremony was beautiful as well as the afternoon of photos. We went to Stony Creek Metro Park, Gus O'Conners in Rochester and then finally to Twin Lakes Golf Club - the rain held off too! (The bride said she paid $100 for a coat check, as it is Michigan, in May, so naturally it would snow. She was a bit miffed that she paid for it and did not need it - but I suggested she look at it as she paid $100 for a perfect weather day!). It was wonderful to head back to Stony Creek as I shot my first official kmbD wedding there!
